What's Always Included
Every rental — daytime or evening — comes with tables, chairs, linens, access to Stems Wine Bar, use of the covered front porch, and on-site parking. Your rental period covers all setup, decorating, event, and cleanup time.
Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
